Let’s cut straight to the chase. Forza Horizon 2 launched in September 2014 exclusively for Xbox One and Xbox 360. Microsoft and Playground Games did not create a PC version.

Alternatives to Downloading Forza Horizon 2 for Free
: Forza Horizon 2 was developed exclusively for Xbox One and Xbox 360. The first full Forza title to receive an official PC release was Forza Horizon 3 End of Life (EOL) October 1, 2018 , the game was delisted from the Microsoft Store due to expiring car and music licenses. Server Shutdown : Online services for all versions officially closed on August 22, 2023
Official versions of Forza Horizon 2 were never released for PC. The game was an Xbox exclusive that reached its "End of Life" status and was officially delisted from the Microsoft Store on September 30, 2018.
