Xerox B1025 Firmware Upgrade May 2026
⚠️ Important Warning:
A failed firmware update can permanently damage the printer (render it unusable). Do not turn off the printer or interrupt the network connection during the upgrade. Use a direct USB connection if possible, or a stable wired network.
A confirmation window will appear showing the current and new versions. Select Start or OK to begin. xerox b1025 firmware upgrade
- Download and install Xerox Device Agent from the Xerox support website.
- Launch the software and add your Xerox B1025 to the device list using its IP address.
- Select the printer in the list.
- Go to the Updates or Firmware tab within XDA.
- Select Check for Updates. If an update is found, select Install.
- XDA will push the update to the printer automatically.
