In the philosophy of VR, there is a concept known as "presence"—the psychological sense of being there. Modern technology achieves presence through hyper-realism. In contrast, this VRLatina archival piece achieves presence through nostalgia. The slight grain, the occasional stitching errors where the reality of the room fails to perfectly align, and the more limited dynamic range all serve as artifacts of a pioneering era.
