-sims 4- Sopor-s Allure- A Revised Breast Mesh ... 'link'
I’m excited to share a refined update to the Sopor-s Allure mesh! This revision focuses on providing a more natural silhouette and improved compatibility for your Sims. What’s New in this Version:
- Slider/size interactions: If the mesh doesn’t respond well to the game’s breast/body sliders, it can snap, stretch, or clip. Revised versions typically expand slider compatibility (e.g., low/high sizes, pregnancy).
- Clothing clipping: The most common user complaint. Meshes that change surface normals or vertex positions can intersect with fitted clothing—especially layered tops, swimwear, lingerie. Quality revisions include nudging vertices or adding slight offsets to reduce clipping.
- Animation artifacts: Poor weight painting causes breasts to stretch or phase through arms. A revised mesh should show improved deformation during common animations (walking, running, sitting, bending, sleeping).
- LOD mismatch: If LODs aren’t consistent, a Sim may change shape when camera distance changes. Revisions often update LODs.
- Skin tone / recolor compatibility: If mesh uses bespoke UVs or requires specific textures, recolors and some skins may not map correctly. Best practice: follow vanilla UV space so existing skin mods remain compatible.
- Improved anatomical silhouette (cleavage, slope, underside) vs. vanilla.
- Better deformation with animations (walking, sitting, bending).
- Compatibility with layered clothing and sliders.
- Multiple sizes or scaling that play nicely with existing body sliders.
Body Replacement: The files often include a "body mesh" that ensures the chest integrates seamlessly with the rest of the Sim's torso. Usage and Installation Tips -Sims 4- Sopor-s Allure- a revised breast mesh ...
