Going to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings
Right-clicking on the network adapter and selecting Properties
Selecting Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and clicking Properties
Selecting Use the following IP address and entering a static IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.100)

Download the All-in-One Pack: The community has packaged the server emulator (PyServer), the modified client, and a pre-configured database (usually MariaDB/MySQL) into a single .zip or installer.
Run the Server: This involves starting a small console window (the server) and a database service. The "hot" tip is to use the auto-installer that sets up a virtual loopback network adapter, tricking the client into thinking the server is online.
Launch the Client: A modified Pangya.exe bypasses the defunct login servers and points directly to 127.0.0.1 (your own PC).
GM Commands: The real "hot" feature is the chat commands. Type /item [ID] to spawn any club or caddie. Type /field [courseID] to unlock hidden courses like Ice Spa or Phantom Wolf.
