This paper provides official guidance on locating, verifying, and safely downloading firmware for the Nokia C30 (model TA-1357, TA-1362, TA-1367, TA-1377).

1. Place the .zip file in the root of your internal storage.
2. Go to Settings > System > System update.
3. Tap the three dots (menu) in the top right and select Local update.
4. Select the zip file and proceed.

• Follow the flash tool’s official instructions: load firmware package, connect phone in required mode, start flashing.
• Do not disconnect until complete. Reboot when done.
