3. In TWRP, go to Install -> Install Image -> Select the boot_fixed.img -> Flash to Boot partition.
4. Wipe Dalvik/ART Cache.

1. Wipe Data / Factory Reset.
2. Wipe Cache and Dalvik.
3. Install lineage-14.1-20180419-unofficial-gtel3g.zip.
4. Install open_gapps-arm-7.1-pico-xxxxxxxx.zip.
5. Reboot.
