With KUKA Sim Pro 2.0, order is everything. If you plug the dongle in before installing the drivers, Windows often assigns the wrong generic driver, and the license will remain invisible.
Obtain the license file: Send the request file to your KUKA distributor or upload it to the KUKA license portal. You will receive a .WibuCml file back (via email or download).
Import the license:
Error 2: CodeMeter Error 200 (or 234)
Cause: The license container (CmStick or virtual) is damaged or the firmware is outdated.
Fix: In CodeMeter Control Center, select the container → click Update Firmware. If that fails, contact KUKA support for a license recovery.
