However, there is a massive difference between the "old" SoundFonts (made in 2003 using a Sound Blaster Live!) and the "New" generation.

- Saturation: Run the SoundFont through RC-20 Retro Color or Decapitator with a light "Crunch" setting. The hardware had analog output transformers; you have to fake this.
- Reverb: The 01/W reverb is bad by today's standards (grainy). Do not polish it. Use a grainy early reflection reverb like Valhalla VintageVerb set to 1980s mode. The grain is the good part.
