To activate the IBM/Lenovo Remote Control (Remote Presence) feature, you must install a Features on Demand (FoD) activation key. For newer systems (M4 and later), this is done through the Integrated Management Module (IMM/IMM2)

Add the Key: Click Add... and browse to the activation key file you downloaded earlier.

Access your IMM by entering its IP address in a web browser and logging in with your administrator credentials. IMM Management tab and select Activation Key Management
