The HP Color LaserJet CP1215 Toolbox is an legacy utility used for printer maintenance and status monitoring. However, a native "portable" version was never officially released by HP.  Toolbox Availability & Compatibility 

HP Print and Scan Doctor: This is the closest equivalent to a "portable" tool. It is a standalone .exe that does not require a full installation suite.

Resetting Defaults: To restore factory settings, you can navigate to Setup > Service > Restore Defaults on the printer display (if equipped) or perform a cold reset by powering off and waiting for 40 seconds before restarting. 

• The CP1215 targeted users needing affordable color laser output in a small form factor. Like many printers, it relied on drivers plus optional software to let users monitor toner levels, perform cleaning cycles, and access device settings.
• The official HP toolbox (or HP Device Toolbox / HP Printer Assistant variants) provided a graphical interface to view device status, check supplies, run diagnostics, and adjust settings without opening the full driver installer.
