Important Notes for 2024 and Beyond

• Secure Boot: Grub4Dos is legacy code. It does not support UEFI Secure Boot. To boot your USB stick on a modern PC, you must enter the BIOS/UEFI settings and disable Secure Boot, then select the "Legacy USB" or "CSM" boot option.
• UEFI vs Legacy: This installer creates a Legacy MBR bootloader. It will not boot on a machine that is strictly UEFI-only (unless CSM is enabled). If you need UEFI support, you are better off looking into Grub2 or Ventoy, which are the modern successors to Grub4Dos.
