Open Xbox Image Browser.
Open your Forza_Horizon_1.iso.
Look for the $SystemUpdate folder inside. Delete it. This folder contains Xbox Live update data that can cause conflicts with modded consoles.
Extract the remaining folders (usually Content and the root game files) to a folder on your PC named Forza Horizon.
Transfer this folder to your Xbox 360’s internal hard drive or external USB (formatted for Xbox 360) under the Games directory.
On your console, use XexMenu or Freestyle Dashboard to scan the directory. Click the default.xex to launch.
