To get the English language pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops II

  • hlm.ini
  • Language.ini
  1. Download the Plutonium-specific English pack (available on the official Plutonium forums).
  2. Place the .ff files into %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\zone\english.
  3. Place sound assets into %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\sound\english.
  4. Restart Plutonium and select English in the launcher settings.

Right-click on Call of Duty: Black Ops II (Multiplayer, Zombies, or Campaign). Select Properties. Click on the Language tab. Select English from the dropdown menu. english+language+pack+for+cod+black+ops+2
