- Temperature & storage: Use and store in 5–40°C (41–104°F), 15–85% RH. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture.
- Batteries: Use only specified battery type. Remove batteries if device will not be used for long periods. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types.
- Rest: Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Avoid exercise, eating, or smoking for 30 minutes prior.
- Posture: Sit in a comfortable chair with your back supported. Keep your feet flat on the floor; do not cross your legs.

Troubleshooting
- E1 / E2 / error codes: see label — typically indicate cuff misplacement, movement, or inflation failure. Reposition cuff and retry.
- No display: check batteries/adapter; ensure good contact.
- Inaccurate readings: ensure correct cuff size and positioning, remain still, and repeat measurement.
- Persistent errors: consult authorized service center.
