For I.g.i 1 — Dgvoodoo 2 Fixed Download
To run Project I.G.I.: I'm Going In smoothly on modern systems (Windows 10/11), dgVoodoo 2 is the primary tool used to translate the game's original DirectX 7 calls into modern DirectX 11 or 12. This fixes common issues like low FPS, crashing, and restricted resolution. 1. Download dgVoodoo 2
- Videocard: Set to "Virtual 3D accelerated" (default).
- Vram: 512 MB or 1024 MB (more than enough for I.G.I.).
- Resolution: Very important – set to "Unforced". Do not force a resolution here; we will do that in-game or via a separate tool.
- Scaling mode: Stretched (if you want fullscreen without black bars).
- Antialiasing (MSAA): 4x or 8x – I.G.I. benefits hugely from this. Jagged edges will disappear.
- Anisotropic filtering: 16x – textures become sharp at angles.
