The summer heat in the small town of Meerut was suffocating, but for Aryan, the tension inside his uncle’s house was even more intense. Having moved in to complete his final year of college, Aryan found himself constantly crossing paths with Shalini, his uncle’s new wife. Shalini was spirited and modern, a stark contrast to his uncle’s stern and busy demeanor.
The writing is utilitarian; it serves only to bridge the gap between intimate scenes. The dialogue is sparse and often expository. However, the show does attempt to create tension through the secrecy of the characters' affair.
