In AutoCAD, Error 18003 is a modeling operation error that typically occurs when performing Boolean operations—such as UNION, SUBTRACT, or INTERSECT—on 3D solids or surfaces. It generally indicates that the software cannot complete the geometric calculation due to issues with the objects' integrity or their spatial relationship. Common Causes

Step 4: Reset AutoCAD Settings

• Launched AutoCAD using /factory switch (Command line: "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 20xx\acad.exe" /factory).

• sfc /scannow
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

1. Type UAC in Windows search → Change User Account Control settings.
2. Drag slider down to Never Notify.
3. Click OK and restart.
4. Launch AutoCAD. If fixed, you can return UAC to default (one notch above Never Notify).
