Starting with the 2023 version, AutoCAD language packs are no longer available for public download from the general knowledge base website. Instead, they must be accessed directly through your Autodesk Account portal. How to Download and Install

View Details: Find the "AutoCAD" tile and click View Details. Select Language: Under the available downloads, switch to the Languages tab.
