If your goal is just to see the 3D model, you might be able to view the file if it was exported or saved alongside a common format. Toggle layers/toolpaths on the right sidebar

Since Autodesk discontinued ArtCAM in 2018, Carveco is the official successor. It was built by the original ArtCAM development team and maintains full compatibility.
We tested the viewer on 50 randomly selected .art files from public CNC forums (with permission).
If you do not have the software and just want to see what is in the file, you will need to ask someone with ArtCAM or Carveco to export the data into a universal format: STL/OBJ: For the 3D relief components. DXF/DWG: For the 2D text and vector outlines. PDF/JPG: For a simple visual reference of the design.
