Basic scanning workflow

Patient setup: position patient appropriately, expose the region, and apply gel.
Select exam preset (e.g., Abdomen, OB, Cardiac) to load optimized default settings.
Choose probe and place on anatomy; adjust depth to include region of interest.
Use gain to brighten/darken the image; TGC sliders to shape near/far field.
Activate Color/Power Doppler for flow; set PRF/scale to avoid aliasing.
For spectral Doppler, align sample volume with flow and correct Doppler angle (keep <60° if possible).
Freeze image to take measurements (calipers for distance, trace for volumes).
Save images/clips to patient exam and export via DICOM or USB as required.
