    The Problem: 3DMigoto cannot simply hook ID3D12GraphicsCommandList::DrawInstanced. By the time that call is made, the PSO is already set, the descriptor heaps are bound, and the root signature is locked. More critically, you cannot insert a new draw call into a closed command list.
